I can't give you a recipe for my version simply because I don't have one (plus I would have to kill you if you knew). I make it how I want it, and that varies each time. Sometimes I add some thyme and rosemary to the breading mix to give it a European flair. Other times, when I really want to turn up the heat, I might drown the egg and milk wash with Tabasco. And what if I want a little Asian persuasion? I add a splash of soy to the batter and make a sweet BBQ sauce -- with chili paste of course -- to complement
